An Arizona attorney with more than 40 years of experience was recently suspended by a disciplinary judge for six months and one day for failing to comply with the rules and regulations of his client trust account.

Mark H. Tynan, a solo practitioner who was admitted to the State Bar of Arizona in May 1980, was suspended by an order filed Feb. 6 by Judge Margaret H. Downie.
