Oregon Gov. Kate Brown announced the appointment of two judges to fill vacancies created by the planned retirement of judges in Jackson and Klamath County Circuit Courts effective December 31, 2022.
Jeremy Markiewicz will be appointed to replace Judge Lorenzo Meija on the Jackson County Circuit Court. In Klamath County, Stephen Hedlund will fill the vacancy left by Judge Daniel Bunch.
