Latham & Watkins has been hit by the departure of another partner in its London office—its second within the same week.
Brendan Moylan, who acts for infrastructure funds and investors on M&A transactions across a range of assets, is set to join Weil Gotshal & Manges after almost five years at Latham. Prior to joining Latham, he was at Clifford Chance for 20 years.
