Howard Law Dean to Become Mount Holyoke’s First Black President | Law.com


The dean of one of the six Historically Black Colleges & Universities (HBCU) law schools has been chosen as the first Black president of Mount Holyoke College in Massachusetts.

Danielle Ren Holley, who has been dean of Howard University School of Law in Washington, D.C. since July of 2014, will become the 20th president of Mount Holyoke College on July 1, according to Howard Law’s announcement.
